The historical trattoria located in Vigano in the agricultural park south- west of Milan, was once the home of the Carthusian Friars, where Bernardino de Rossi painted the church façade in 1511.
Antica trattoria del Gallo well represents the local culinary culture. Once a popular destination for daytrips, it has been run by the Gerli family for three generations since 1870 when it was known as Trattoria dei Milanesi and it still maintains its old recipes and warmth.
Since 1990 the trattoria has been run by Paolo Reina who, with passion and respect, offers a cuisine both traditional and innovative where classic dishes coexist with a more contemporary cuisine, simple and very carefully executed.
An important cellar, constantly evolving, and the handicraft shop complete the offer for a pleasant stop rich in history and flavours. A few kilometres away you will find cozy accommodation facilities.
