One of the finest restaurants of the Alta Murgia located in Montegrosso, a small village a few kilometres from Andria, chef Pietro Zito’s hometown. In a society where the unnecessary has become necessary, here you will rediscover the essential through the “ survival cuisine” or the farmer cuisine.
At Antichi Sapori we cook what the land offers according to its rhythms and seasons; our strength is our organic vegetable garden, near the restaurant and the seasonal menus.
Only one hundred metres away is a B&B with a beautiful view over the Murgia.
You can also buy some of the products enjoyed at the restaurant as taralli, fresh homemade pasta, flour, legumes, almonds, olive oil and wine to take home for a taste of Murgia’s wonderful history.
