Cacciatori was founded in Cartosio in 1818. Over the past 200 years, it’s been offering the typical dishes of Lower Piedmont, with recipes passed down for over 5 generations. Chef Federica, who has learnt to cook from the women of the Milano family, cooks classic recipes with a modern twist, keeping up the tradition of the wood cook stove.
Maitre d’ Massimo embodies hospitality. He’ll guide guests through the wine list, explain the seasonal dishes, their history and careful preparation.
