Avgustin and Gabriella manage the place with their fourdaughters: Mihaela runs the osteria, an ideal place for a light snack and a glass of wine, Tjasa and Tatjana taking care of the dining room and the kitchen, and then Sara, who, with the help of Grandpa Renato grows fruit and vegetables that are used to produce honey and jams.
Everyone works together to make this a place of good eating, offering traditional dishes of the Carso region, and excellent wines produced in this strip of land.
